| but I'll bite. The only thing that needs to be added to his car to win a ricey award at say Hot Import Nights would be 10 LCD's in the car somewhere and some neon lights. Why do people do that? It's because they want attention. Maybe they have low self esteem? I'm not sure. But it's all about the attention. Why add lambo doors? Because you want attention...it's simple. It's not even that he likes it. He just wants attention from other people. Sane people do things to their car because "they" like it. And if it looks dumb, they won't do it because they don't like it. People who want attention will do dumb things to their car just because they want people to pay attention to them (and they know it's dumb). As for the clan thing, there seems to be a lot of posts here telling this guy his car looks dumb. That makes us all a clan? Of course every issue will have an opinion one way or the other. That doesn't mean anyone is right or wrong. So you creating this "clan" thing is sort of dumb. Remember, you always have people who are true to the originality of the car and you have others that want to rice them out. That's not a Z thing. That's a thing that's been around ever since cars have been around. It's not a big deal. Have you ever gone to a car auction or watched one? Original cars are much more valuable than cars that have been f'd with. So people who keep their cars looking stock do it because they like it and want the car to look original. I'm not sure why you think that's bad. At least you made it seem like that because you think Spee actually wants a body kit but can't afford it. In the end, to each his own...
